Love the area, beds were comfortable,the outdoor seating and facilities were excellent

The traffic on Calle Helsinki is very heavy and loud and we were unfortunate to have had a some very noisy neighbours,not the fault of Eden Rentals The bathroom/toilets have inadequate ventilation The kitchen needs upgrading with repair to freezer drawer, sink plug not working , new kettle, a water jug, better tableware. Only 1 Champagne glass (?)

Appartment and outdoors were nice.

To be improved

Initial issues with entrance app and locks not working. We lost almost 4 hours sorting out problems getting entry and with the locksmith to fix door. Plus only one key available even though there was three guests.

the tenant did not provide information about construction 20 meters from the apartment, the noise started at 7 am and lasted all day, even on weekends, the tenant did not respond to our repeated requests to solve this problem, also the bed linen was not clean, which was changed after two days.

Apartment lovely and spacious. Great outside space. Rooftop pool. Lovely Area. Close to the beach. Short distance to Bars + Restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

To be improved

No Air Con (Stayed in Sept very warm in the Apartment) 2 small fans provided which was not enough.
