Great location if your looking quiet relaxing holiday the complex is beautiful and well maintained pool bar was really nice and have to say food was excellent.. Our apartment was really big loads of room 2 terraces beds were really comfortable and place was really clean would definitely stay here again

Unfortunately, there was nothing we liked about our stay at this hotel.

I recently had an extremely disappointing stay at this hotel. Upon checking in at 2pm, we were appalled to find the bed sheets dirty and full of hair, clearly from previous guests, indicating they hadn't been changed. The floor was filthy, the towels were stained and also with hair on them, and we even discovered dirty tissues under the bed. We immediately called the responsible agency (Eden Rentals) to address these issues. They sent a cleaning service, but we had to wait until 7pm for them to be ready. When we returned to the room, the towels were still dirty and the tissues under the bed remained. To make matters worse, when we turned on the AC, it started leaking water all over the bed. Fed up with the poor conditions, we decided to change hotels. However, the company refused to provide a refund, claiming they had already offered a solution. They said we can send a technician to fix the AC at 8pm, making us needing to leave the room again so it could be repaired. This additional inconvenience was not compensated. To add insult to injury, they promised to call us in the morning with a solution or compensation, but never did. When we followed up, they rudely stated that they had already provided solutions. Overall, the customer service was atrocious, and our stay was a nightmare. I strongly advise against booking this hotel if you want a clean and stress-free experience.
