Edén sereno junto al Mar

The place is not a 2 bedroom (1 double bed + 1 sofa bed) and 1 living room (+1 sofa bed) as stated. It is only 1 bedroom (double bed) and a living room (1 sofa bed) The place was very dirty. For being a non smoking apartment the place stank of cigarettes, both the curtains and bed linen. To cover the smell strong, chemicals and soaps had clearly been used. The sofa was dirty and stained. The walls had dirt on them and the night stand covered in dust. The outdoor area is not nice, in a covered corridor with the rubbish bins right in front. Photos of this area are missing from the gallery and the pictures shown of the outdoor area are from other flats in the complex but not these apartments. The building needs a lot of repairs too. The pin provided as the location is not correct and shows a nicer area further down the road. I pointed this out to the owner and asked him to drop a correct pin but there was no response. So we had to find the place through Google Street View.
