“Great Location but not for summer months”

We rented Two Apartments, one was two floors no privacy at all the bedrooms Did not have doors and Just one Airconditioner upstair that no not cool downstairs , the other apartament has 3 prívate bedrooms with no airconditioners, their was only one in the living. Don’t stay here from June to August . Apartaments are to hot to stay in !

The hotel was booked and we checked in when we landed from our flight after 14hours. No response was provided from the owner and we never received the email with our keypad code to receive our keys. After calling the contact line, we found out check in actually closed at 2pm. As we were unable to complete day of check in at this time due to being on a plane, we were locked out and had to buy other accommodations. Travel plans and time frames were provided upon booking and no notations of checking in prior to 2pm was noted. After multiple emails, messages and calls, we made the decision to buy a room at a hostel and lose money on this room.

“Great Location”

The best

The location is fantastic, just off the Plaza Mayor. Easily walkable from the railway station. Large rooms, bright and airy, also very clean. Decent WiFi.

To be improved

The washing machine has been deliberately disabled ( they owners have removed the start buttons). They are still advertising this facility which is misleading. We wouldn't have booked if we'd have known as we needed to do a wash. I messaged the owner and received no response Safety deposit box not working. No mirrors in the bedrooms. The sofa in the living room only seats 2 and there were 4 of us. Only 1 light out of 5 working in the living room and only one overhead light in a bathroom working. Privacy issues with the main bathroom. The window needs a blind or a film . One double bed is very small.

The customer service was exceptional. We actually had a problem with AC in our apartment. We contacted the management of the property and were given another apartment even better quality than the original one. They were very helpful and polite.
