“If the air conditioner and Wifi worked consistently, this would be a fine unit to rent.”

The unit was very quiet. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were nice.

To be improved

The air conditioner continually failed. This is a 4th floor unit, top floor with the AC located on the roof. The temperature in the main living area averaged around 26 to 27 degrees. The Wifi also failed frequently but would reset and work again.

We had a fantastic experience staying here. From start to finish, everything was smooth and easy. Communication was prompt and helpful, and check-in was hassle-free with clear instructions. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing. It had all the essentials and then some—plenty of towels, a well-equipped kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, and even a few thoughtful extras like coffee and chilled water. The location was ideal—close to public transportation, great restaurants, and local attractions, yet quiet enough at night for a restful sleep. The neighborhood felt safe and welcoming, and I enjoyed exploring the area on foot. What really stood out was how comfortable and homely the space felt. Whether I was relaxing after a long day or catching up on some remote work, it truly felt like a home away from home. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Madrid.
