The best

The apartment was in an ideal location stepping outside is the old town which has a great buzz all day and night. The new town is also only a 5 min walk and 15 mins to the beach , the marina is only 10 mins walk. The local supermarket is only a 5 min walk as well. Xavier offered to book our airport transfer which was another job ticked off. Marta made contact with us on the day and gave us a meeting point. Easy process. In our apartment there were 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a little lounge. There was plenty of cutlery in the kitchen. Good wifi, tv And air conditioning superb. We had the most Wonderful stay as a family. Thank you

To be improved

There could have been a few more toilet rolls and perhaps more coffee pods and some black tea sachets. They could have provided some extra bags in the apartment for rubbish. The apartment could have been a little more cleaner, as we found hairs on the floor on arrival.

“Disappointing stay with poor service and outdated facilities.”
The best

The location was great right in the city center with everything within walking distance.

To be improved

The overall experience was disappointing. The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful, communication was poor, and several promises were not kept. The facilities didn’t function properly and the room had a musty smell throughout our stay. The hotel itself is outdated and certainly not worth the price paid. If you’re just looking for a central location, sure but with so many other options around, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

“Convenient Apartment”
The best

Nice size apartment, in the middle of busy tourist area. Staff friendly and helpful.

To be improved

Could supply better quality towels and bedding. It was not bad but the overall feel could do with a bit of refresher. Shower needs a shelf for shampoo etc. Supply an extra drying stand for the clothes. The one there is so small and the apartment has the space.

“Fabulous apartment with even better location.”
The best

An amazing location for an apartment. A quiet and historic street - you come out of the door and turn right for the cathedral or left for the bars and restaurants. There's also a fabulous cafe opposite for morning coffee/breakfast. The apartment (3b) is so spacious...three large rooms, all with modern facilities/decor. We didn't have a balcony but this meant we had no street noise at all - had three fabulous night's sleep. Wouldn't hesitate to book this again...can't believe how this apartment is right in the middle in historic Malaga - with everything you could possibly want on the doorstep - and yet it's so peaceful. PS: Loved the cocktail bar which is also on the same street. PPS: coffee capsules and shampoo and shower gel provided. Thought it was incredible value for money.

Pre check-in details were a bit confusing as we were told we could arrive at the property and leave our cases in the luggage store - so assumed there was a housekeeper to let us in. In reality, you need a code for the outer door so we had a hot hour trailing around Malaga with our suitcases waiting for host to contact us with this info'. A small issue as, at 3pm, we met a lady called Marta at the property and check-in was smooth, quick and friendly.
