Good location, generally clean, but had a few serious issues.

To be improved

Electrical issues, overloaded sockets, boiler was unplugged so no hot water, upon finding the plug the extension cable was burnt out, after relocating and plugging in, the thermostat in shower was not working,so water was scolding. Light in bathroom was hanging out of ceiling. No kettle or cups. No hand towels left out, had to hunt in cupboards. Sofa badly peeling, needs cover had to hunt for something to put on, so we could sit on it Couldn't connect to the WiFi, tried several times, messaged owner was just told to look at box. None of the codes worked.
