Location is excellent. The apartment has everything you’d need if going for self-catering. All kitchen appliances.

Well, the noise levels within the building were not great. It’s not very well sound insulated. Although there are ‘please be quiet’ signs up, some guests were very noisy arriving after a night out at 05.00h and 05.30h. Can hear showers and toilets flushing from our particular apartment. The city is vibrant and bustling and you can hear all those noises too. Not really a problem, unless you wish for peace and relaxation. It is a city and so, that’s life. But double glazing and thick curtains might help.

“Perfect for groups, excellent service and location!”

We were a group of 10 people staying in two apartments, and everything about our experience was fantastic. Both apartments were clean, spacious, and well-equipped, perfect for a group like ours. The location was excellent, just a very short walk to bars, restaurants, and everything we needed. It made exploring the area super convenient and enjoyable. From the start, the service was outstanding. As soon as the apartments were ready on the day of arrival, we were generously offered early check-in at no extra cost, a great welcome after traveling. A big thank you to Jorge at reception, who was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our stay. When we asked about the possibility of a late checkout, he humorously replied that “the planets had aligned,” and despite it being high season, he confirmed that a late checkout until 6:00 PM free of charge—a kind and much appreciated gesture as we did not fly until 11pm He also gave us clear instructions on using the free luggage storage in the basement (just down the stairs at the end of the main hall) and where to dispose of rubbish. Overall, we had a truly enjoyable stay and felt well cared for. We'd absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to groups, families, or anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and excellent service.

Not sufficient air conditioning in the apartment. They need to add more AC's for the duplex appartment. Lifts not operational during our stay.
