Instructions for using the tv and satellite receivers would have been useful, however we didn't really watch much tv so it wasn't a problem

“Great Location, but Needs Improvement on Cleanliness”
The best

The location of this apartment is fantastic—right in front of Burriana Beach, which makes it perfect for beach lovers. The balcony is large and offers beautiful views, perfect for relaxing. The rooms, including the living room, are very spacious, providing plenty of space to unwind.

To be improved

Unfortunately, the cleanliness left much to be desired. The apartment was quite dusty, indicating that it hadn't been cleaned properly before our arrival. There was a strong sewer smell, likely due to blocked drain pipes, which was quite unpleasant. Additionally, we encountered a lot of ants throughout the stay. It's also worth noting that basic amenities like soap and toilet paper were not provided, which was disappointing.

The best

The apartment is in the best location on Burriana - it was very clean and exceptionally well equipped . The hosts were very responsive to any enquiry and very helpful . We liked everything . Thank you

To be improved

These are very small points . it needs to be mentioned that the apartment is on the 3rd floor - the elevator takes you to 2 which is really 3 and there is no door number on the external door . There were some minor maintenance / quality snags - outside table held together with tape - could do with darker blackout curtains in bedroom .

“well equipped apartment with amazing views of the best location in Nerja”
The best

The apartment was like a home from home with everything you could possibly need. The beds were comfortable and kitchen and bathroom facilities great and well equipped. The location is perfect and with a large terrace with plenty of space for dining and sunbathing outside you couldn’t ask for more, especially being on the top floor with great privacy and amazing views of Burriana beach . and only a 15 minute walk into the centre of Nerja.
