The apartment was a good size and had all necessary items. Quiet location.

To be improved

The office to collect the keys was a taxi ride away and the times to collect and return the keys was bit disappointing. Collection after 4pm and return was 10am which is losing a day.

Staff is very polite and helpful , apartment itself is big enough. Two toilets are convenient when larger group is present.

Location - near the Tram station, which was convenient as l had hospital visits to make. Good layout - very nicely decorated.

Crockery and cutlery needed cleaning BEFORE use. Lack of basic provisions - While supportive of the provision of eco- friendly cleaning products, and appreciative that 1 sachet each of detergent and washing liquid were left. As l was staying for 5 days, l still needed to buy more detergent etc, and perhaps more than 1 toilet roll in each bathroom could be left for guests. Noisy neighbours - (a group of young men) in the next door rental apartment, singing and playing music until after midnight , despite the "quiet after 9pm rule for guests" marred our stay as my companion had just been discharged from hospital and needed complete rest. It was unclear from the Booking.Com app which of the 2 apartments l was booking. When l went to the agency to collect keys, l was told l had to pay €15 for WiFi access, which l believed was free from the booking. Agency staff told me "that's the other apartment". Similarly, agency staff told me there wasn't a safe in that apartment , when there actually was. Keys - When at the agency collecting the keys, no one went through the procedure about returning keys to the agency/ box outside of office hours when departing. So communications overall need to be improved on the part of agency staff.

The apartment is big and comfortable and close to everything while in a quiet area.

The staff is rude, I got there at 9:29am, and they told me to wait outside until they opened in one minute. There is a $200 deposit upon check-in I was not aware of. Most importantly, you have to walk 25 min from the apartment to their office to check in and check out at their convenience. I reported that the front door gets stuck when opening and closing, but maintenance seemed reluctant to fix it, saying that it works. The kitchen was greasy and could have been cleaned more thoroughly. Basic things like handsoap, dishsoap, and body wash are not provided either.
