The location was great however there was NO AIR CON. This made for 3 very uncomfortable nights sleep.

The best

The property wasn’t for us and had a few problems. Location of property is at the heart of the Benidorm life. I spoke with the property agents and they were excellent, offered to put right the issues and also get the cleaners back. A1 customer service.

Like I said the property had a few problems and issues and we wasn’t prepared to stay and wait for them to be sorted as having children in our group. And at this point being quite upset about the how situation. We had a long day of travelling and we all had very little nights sleep due to being so hot and no working Fans. The damaged and sharp tiles in the lounge and a few other issues which have been reported and the property agents had offered to repair.

The decor .the lack of kitchen utensils.the rooms felt damp no sun beds what’s the use of the pool if nowhere to sit and sun bath .
