“Disappointing but still good value for money in LPA”

The location is excellent and the price/quality ratio is better than any other hotel I have tried in Las Palmas. I came for remote work and the apartment is well equipped, with washer and dishwasher.

To be improved

I have stayed at this property previously, but the service was much better before. Now, no weekly cleaning was included, but they had left enough detergents and cleaning equipment for me to clean myself, also bed sheets. Last time there was a Nespresso machine, now only a usual filter coffee maker. The internet dropped out one day, but it was fixed after several hours. The elevator door didn’t close one day, it was fixed, but all in all too many disappointments this time. They charge a deposit of 100€ that needs to be paid before check in and then returned 7 days after check out. Due to the bars downstairs, it can be a little loud, but with earplugs it doesn’t bother me too much.
