“Absolutely gorgeous appartment. Nice and cosy. Pretty old, that gives it the authentic Sevilla charm. Two bathrooms are very handy. The location is just perfect. The nearby bars are extremely popular and full of emotions and joy in the evenings, but it was already mentioned here and was ok for us. Not sure, the steps to the second floor are ok for elderly people or children, but for us it was perfect. · Cons: It could have been 10 out of 10, if it were not for some small moments that could be easily fixed by the owner. The air conditioner downstairs was leaking all the time it was on. We have not noticed it at the beginning, so my bag appeared to be in a puddle. The faucet downstairs in the bathroom is not fixed at all, not nice to use. We were definitely lacking the freezer ( no ice in such a weather) and a cutting board.”

“Fantastic!”

The best

We were initially hesitant to book the flat as there wern't many reviews at the time of booking however we we're pleaslty suprised to find that the appartment was excellent: it was clean, comfortable, spacious and well equipped. The location was excellent, right in the middle of the old town with most of the attractions being less than a 20mins walk away through some lovely streets. The hosts were very pleasant to deal and tried very hard to acommodate a very last minute request from us We would definintely recommend the apparment to others!

To be improved

The apparment is on a street very close to two (nice) bars and there is noise coming from these into the evening. The noise stopped between 12am and 1am which didn't bother us as we're both evening people. The appartment is much darker in person than it appears in the photos. However, again we didn't find it too dark.

“Best flat in Seville's old town”

The best

Very stylish flat, has everything you need, bonus - two bathrooms and rooms at split level. Very convenient location - you can walk everywhere. Tucked away on a narrow quiet street.

To be improved

I expected Spanish to be noisy so it's not a complaint. There is a local bar 100m from the flat which is open only at certain times. When it is you can hear the crowd. The upside you can easily join in the party.

Very accessible to sites we were interested in visiting. Very convenient; close to supermarket and restaurants. The kitchen was small but good enough to make breakfast and even a simple dinner. Having two bathrooms was a plus as well.

To be improved

The apartment is a few feet from a bar so it gets very noisy at night.
