EdSam Madrid Apartments White

On the website it shows that it has all the facilities but in reality the washing machine was not working, there was a leak in the wall causing water to fall on the kitchen counter and most importantly there was not toilet roll. We messaged and tried calling the owner or the guy taking care of the place but it was very difficult to get in touch with anyone as they replied 4 hours later promising that they would provide it the following day but they never came, also its been 15 days since our stay and he has still not replied to our messages keeping us on read. They provided us with cloths to clean which were stinking and the oven had an used bowl with food in it, the bathroom floor was very dirty so we ourselves had to clean it. The worst place I've ever stayed at no maintenance, the owner is very irresponsible and blames the cleaning lady for he's actions.

No kettle. Some units were a bit rough.

Lack a lot of basic facility: - toilet paper - soaps and shampoo - no wifi password given

Second bed is a couch but it is not in good status and it is not comfortable for 2 people. It was not clean under the couch. There is a lot of bugs as the apartment is back off a parking lot.

The fridge is not working well, clean can be better, the sofa-bed is not good
