One of the bathrooms was unusable, as the fitted screen of the shower was broken. We notified Booking and the place and they didn't do anything about it, since this was the common bathroom, we ended having one single bath "en suite" for 8 people, which is less than ideal. The windows weren't properly installed, and as such the acoustic isolation was none. Impossible to sleep without earplugs as the area is surrounded by bars.

This apartment is rented by a company. They have multiple apartments in the building. I called after I made the reservation as I was already in Cordoba because I decided to stay another night and our previous accommodation was already booked. We were a family, Me, my brother (both adults), our parents and our grandma. We were looking for a 4 bedroom apartments so we can sleep comfortably. They said they would prepare the room, when i went to take the key, the locker was not working, we struggled a bit, I called, and after a while we could take the key and enter the apartment. It looked nice but they prepared just 3/4 bedrooms for us, They decided already which rooms we would take (although I payed for the whole apartment) and prepared just the rooms with the double beds. I called at 3:30 PM told them about the issue and asked them to send someone to prepare the other bedroom. They promised to fix it. I had already looked around the apartment looking for a spare bedsheet set, because I didn't have a problem preparing it myself but there was nothing. We left returning at 7. the room still not prepared, I called again, and they told me they can't reach the cleaning staff. but they will prepare it. We left again returning at 22 and the room was still not ready. I called again, they have a program until 21. One of the toilets also broke on that night, the water supply stopped working for it. so one of the bathrooms was also unusable. I contacted booking upon arrival home, and they helped me recovering part of the money paid as the apartment was not cheap.,
