The best

Stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. Chose it for its location for the Mallorca 312. Instsued in room 2202. Had a balcony with a sea/ pool view.Staff very friendly and very helpful, especially Miguel on reception. My room was dry confortable and had everything that I needed except for a kettle. I feel that this should be a standard item in any hotel room. Shower was good, bed was very comfortable. Cleaners were excellent. I stayed on a half board basis and found the food to be of a good quality with a good selection. On the day of the Mallorca 312, the hotel put on an early breakfast at 4:30am and this was excellent. I have already booked for next year.

To be improved

Was disappointed that there was no kettle in the room. I think that this should be an essential item in any hotel room. On arrival, my room was not as clean as I would have liked. I contacted reception and they resolved this straight away.
