Good location with nice restaurants in the neighbourhood. Terrace is nice but probably boiling in the summer. Apartment is functional but could use an upgrade - heating in winter not great. Managers could be more generous with things like coffee and shower gel. Seems a bit overpriced for what you get although that is Barcelona at peak season…

The best

The location is perfect — situated in a beautiful and peaceful part of Barcelona, yet just steps away from the metro, making it incredibly easy to get around the city. There’s also a very convenient local store directly opposite the building, which was great for picking up essentials. The apartment itself was stunning — spotlessly clean, modern, and spacious, with high-quality furnishings and a luxurious feel. It was incredibly quiet at night, which made for very restful sleep after days of exploring the city. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Their service made our stay even more special.

“Great place”

The best

While we were standing outside trying to figure out if we were in the right place, the desk attendant ran out and invited us in. He was friendly, and pointed us towards grocery stores where the locals shop, etc. The unit is in a great part of town, a two minute walk from a metro line. We rented a 4 bedroom suite for our family of 7 and were very pleased with the amount of space. Two bathrooms, a small but very functional kitchen, a dining room table large enough for the family, and a living room to gather in. Everything has been remodelled recently and looks great. Air conditioning needed a nudge to get it going again after a recent power outage (before we arrived), but then worked fine. There's even an elevator, which was appreciated when heading up 6 floors with our groceries.

To be improved

The shower in the bathtub leaked water all over the floor. Based on the water damage to the moulding around the door, this is not the first time this has happened. We felt we could only use the stall shower because of this.
