“A great hotel, close to Madrid, that was exceptionally clean and tidy.”

The cleanliness of the rooms was exceptional. Metro station very near by, with a direct quick route to Madrid centre. Breakfast was basic but nice. Ample parking.

“Cons: It is my first time writing comments like this and it was a very unpleasant staying. Sheet was dirty. “How may I help you” is indeed available, but only is next morning. No one could be reached during night. When you call reception desk for 3 times, no one answered. When finally someone answered phone call for the 4th time, “no English” then they hang you up directly. It is ok nothing is like being advertised, and it is ok for them not to offer you blanket on bed, since it is summer, it is ok to offer you dirty sheet. Everything is not a surprise to them. When you could not stand things at hotel, it is ok to leave, while no refund for the nights you did not stay is possible. It is a shame it shows 4 stars at booking.”
