“Great location for walks to Puerto de Las Nieves”

Overall the location and underground secure parking were tops. The apartment is up-to-date and offers comfortable accommodations. Check-in and check-out were very easy.

To be improved

Upon first arrival, the exterior grounds and apartment complex are worn down and dirty - seems to be common in the Canaries. Once you get in the apartment, the visuals improve. The very small water heater requires you to stagger hot water usage and take very short (3-4 min) showers.

The property was clean and spacious. It had great facilities and was well located. It was a short walk to the shop and resturants. I would highly recommend this place to stay.

- Very large apartment with underground garage. - Very clean. -The apartment is in very good condition, probably recently renovated. - Very nice and helpful owner of the apartment☺️ - Few minutes walk to the beach.
