The apartment isn’t as good as expected. There are broken items (see photo), old furniture, a non-working lamp, and overall, it’s not very comfortable. It feels like the owners don’t care about the apartment. Additionally, the listing provides inaccurate information: there is NO FREE PARKING, only public parking, which is always packed. The other options are paid parking (difficult to find and unclear how to pay) and street parking away from the city center (10–15 minutes on foot) if you’re lucky. Booking.com should remove “free parking” from the property’s amenities. Furthermore, the check-in process was hectic: they sent one link via WhatsApp that didn’t work properly and another through Booking.com messages, which required a lot of unnecessary information, such as your home address. After completing this rather tiring registration process, we didn’t receive the check-in instructions immediately, which left us anxious for some time. When the instructions finally arrived, they were overly complicated. There’s a key box near the door, which you actually don’t need. Instead, you have to enter a PIN code directly on the door lock. In short, the check-in process was unnecessarily challenging.
