“The restaurant was good although the staff slow and unhappy. · Cons: Have used the Hotel twice a year for 10 years purely for its convenience to the A1 en route to either Torrevieja or back to Santander. 10 years ago the restaurant was different, now much improved, the staff always acerbic, hard to find a member of staff to check you in, no change there, but most of all the rooms and bathrooms needed a lot of attention 10 years ago, they are now 10 years on with even more deterioration. I appreciate many local and national workers use the Hotel but surely they deserve better. They need to attend to the rooms. Our last stay at this Hotel. This trip in excessive heat 37c no aircon, no fans and an awful smell of drains.”
