The best

Nice place! The view from the window and terrace is beautiful! You can stare the ocean for hours. If you are advanced surfer then you have access to the beach just next to the house. Very convenient! The area itself is rather quiet.

To be improved

It would be good if there would be some shadow areas on the terrace. It can get quite hot up there. Also, having more sitting areas available on the terrace would be nice, if there are more people in the house.
