The best

A complete, well equiped and nicely designed spacious appartment, close to the sea and in the heart of Gijon. We enjoyed it very much. Feels like coming home after a city or after a beach trip. Allthough in the centre of the city it was very quiet and comfortable.

“Decent apartment in a good location, but be careful with the second 'bedroom'”
The best

Location is good. Apartment is modern, well maintained and equipped. The space is used cleverly ... but see below for what this means for the second bedroom.

To be improved

Air conditioning - which I believe is new - is noisy in the main bedroom and leaked water. This was not fixed whilst we were there (4 nights) so could not be used at night. The second bedroom is not a bedroom - it's an open mezzanine - and would not be suitable for two adults. One adult or two kids only.
