“Cheap. Uncomfortable and Noisy”

Poor facilities. Noisy boiler, bed was terrible. Not real pillows more like cushions. Sofa cheap and practically sat on floor when you sat on it. No hairdryer. Noisy corridors. Best part was the bathrooms which had clearly been refurbished.

“Property advertisment misleading”
The best

Advertised as a one bedroom apartment on Booking.com but it was a very compact studio. Bed was okay but cushions for pillows which were awful. Water from shower tray kept spilling out onto floor while showering. Microwave too high up to use safely. Balcony not wide enough to step out onto. We feel some of the advertisement for this property was misleading. Had to travel to a different location to pick up the keys.

To be improved

Would not recommend until some of the issues mentioned are rectified.
