The apartment clearly used to be a commercial local that has been transformed into an apartment. The glass door gives directly to the street so privacy is just inexistent. There is absolutely no ventilation at all, no windows to open, only two fans to move the humid and hot air from inside. We noticed that this place was bad when, only after having paid, the owner texted us saying that there was a plague of cockroaches, so that it was our responsibility to not leave food and be careful. Of course, the booking was not refundable, so we spent the whole night without sleeping killing cockroaches. The only thing that we actually appreciated was the presence of a washing machine, although there was only one capsule available and it was completely dirty inside. The flat was full of switches that didn't work so you never understand how to turn on or off the lights. The photos that we saw from the apartment showed a coffee machine (Dolce Gusto) for which we bought capsules, that we couldn't use because that machine was also inexistent.

i dont recomend this place. conditions are terrible because of humidity and stink

The studio is on the ground floor, it seems to be a cafeteria or a shop before. There is a lot of noise from the street, you can hear people speaking on the streets, but the restaurants close around midnight and it was quiet in the night. There were some pest in the draweyer in kitchen and we had to clean everything before use. There was almost no glasess and kitchenware.
