It was nice to have an property office in the city. The terrace and elevator were wonderful. I've rented dozens of vacation apartments in Europe and this was one of the best!

To be improved

It could use a couple more wine glasses.

Cadiz Rentals were excellent and very helpful. Property in the old town . Great Location. Its a lovely apartment but it could be wonderful with some necessary changes.

To be improved

The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. No umbrella on either terrace - it is a good idea to get one. The upper terrace which is lovely and has great views has a very steep stair structure. It is not great and i would highly recommend replacing it. There is plenty of room to put in a proper staircase. Also the sun furniture and shading unit on upper terrace is old and worn it needs replacing.

“Superb”

The best

The location was fabulous with a superb terrace and roof space with lovely views. We used the emasa parking which was 10 euros a day and was about 8 minutes walk away and the office was on the way so you can easily pick up the keys.

To be improved

I think that the roof terrace is great but you might need to know that anyone with mobility issues could find the spiral steps a bit challenging plus anyone who has young children. The apartment is on the 5 th floor but there is a lift. We had some problems with the water heater but the staff were helpful in sorting this out for us.

“Great location in the heart of the old town with fabulous views from the private roof terrace.”

The best

Lovely, cosy apartment on the top floor of a residential building in the old part of Cadiz, perfect for two people. The best thing about the apartment was the private outside space - a patio on the same level as the living area, and a huge rooftop terrace accessed via a spiral staircase and giving 360 views of Cadiz. We had to collect keys from the office but it was less than five minutes walk to the apartment. Friendly, helpful staff.

“Comfortable, convenient, clean and reasonably priced. I give this property the thumbs up!”

This is an excellent apartment for a short city break. Centrally located in the old part of the city, with bars, restaurants, shops, mini markets etc all within a few minutes walk.

To be improved

Only one grumble really. More wine glasses please.
