“The conditions were terrible.”

We took the keys. but the door cannot be unlocked. The man unlocked it after many attempts, I would not have unlocked the door.There was no hot water. It was extremely cold. The room temperature was about 13-15 degrees. The rooms are damp. You can't go outside because it's very cold. The electricity keeps turning off, if it weren't for my husband, I wouldn't know how to turn it on when it's gone. You can't rent such rooms. After three days we left for another hotel, but the owner refused to refund the money for the remaining days. Part of the loss was covered by Booking. co. You can't rent this hotel unless you like cold, damp and dark.

“Pleasant stay in secluded place”

The best

Nice house with great spacious outside seating with barbecue, 2 modern bathrooms and washing machine. Quiet surrounding, within walking distance for Chinyero trail. Good communication and navigation by the host. Overall we had everything we needed.

To be improved

Bedrooms mattresses on single beds are not exactly comfortable. 1 out of 3 electric hobs is not working, extractor hood not working, we could use it for lighting when cooking.

“Charming house with great access to Teide NP, featuring excellent outdoor amenities.”

The best

A beautiful house in a small town with excellent accessibility to Teide National Park and the areas in the northeast of Tenerife. The house is well-equipped, especially the outdoor part: a pleasant veranda, outdoor grill, and views from the rooftop terrace. Overall, it is a very pleasant place to stay.

To be improved

The interior of the house is nice, although some parts of the equipment could be in better condition.
