“We had a great stay at El Balcón de Lorenzo. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The view from the top floor of Alicante’s tallest building was truly special — watching the huge cruise ships come and go was a one-of-a-kind experience. Sitting on the balcony and looking out over the city and sea was just amazing. The hosts were super kind and helpful, and made us feel very welcome from the start. We would definitely come back! · Cons: Loved the views from the top floor — just wish there had been more elevators so restocking the wine didn't feel like training for a marathon :D :D”

We had a great stay at El Balcón de Lorenzo. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. “Simply amazing”
The best

Our stay was amazing. The apartment had all that we needed and even more. Is locaded in the center of the city so is very easy to find the most important locations from Alicante. Salva gaved us a lot of suggestions with good restaurant and we really visited a few and they where amazing! The view in this apartment is amazing, the apartment felt like home, simply one of the best acomodations that we had. Thank you for having us, we loved every day of our stay and we will come for sure back! Take care dear Sophia and Salva! Have an amazing summer!

No complaints! We loved everything! Big rooms and comfortable beds. Amazing equipmented kitchen with big fridge and freezer. Comfortable bathroom with a lot of storage and amazing big balcony with city center and sea view.

The best

The apartment was clean and cosy. The view is just breathtaking! Also, perfect location. The hosts were very flexible and nice. Good communication.

To be improved

It was a bit strange that we had to take out the trash ourselves. But the trash bins are on the same floor so not that big of a problem.
