Superb location in the heart of the town.

To be improved

We unfortunately were there for the week after the Christmas holidays and the town had a bit of a sound and light show that repeated every night at 19:00, 20:00 and 21:00. The same two songs all the time. So, just our bad luck really. The place was great otherwise and the rental agency went out of its way to help us settle in. Lovely people to deal with.

“Comfportable apartment in great location at a reasonable price.”

The best

Central location in the old town, very close to all things, like restaurants and cultural interests. Added bonus was being able to watch the processions in Holy Week from the 4th floor balcony. Space was nice and fitted our needs well. Elevator !! Cheap parking was near.

To be improved

Kitchen had a lot of pots , but no oven. Micowave needs replacing. Knifes need replacing ...and most imporatntly: a better cork-srew/bottle opener.

“A very convenient place to stay and great value for your money.”

The best

It's a wonderful location with a great view of the San Juan de Dios plaza with lots of restaurants and shops. Very convenient parking within a 50 meters.

To be improved

Layout was a bit odd. Particularly for the second bathroom. The kitchen is on one side of the apartment and the dining room on the other. No big deal though as we did not cook. Also, had to pay extra for cleaning :(

View from the balcony was excellent. Location was ideal. Parking was straight forward. Apartment was very nice.

Square could be a little noisy. No tea towels in the kitchen.

Everything was fine, all the facilities inside the apartment, location, cleanness, etc

To be improved

The openning and closing of the door was problematic. It required using your smartphone, internet connection, bluetooth and manipulation with the knob. Initially , it took us some time to learn how to use it, which caused anxiety. At some point it even broke down. However, the hosts reacted by sending a support person and repaired the lock. This was much better than relying on our earlier chat via Whatsapp.

Great location in Cadiz with lovely views over the plaza. Big and spacious apartment! Nice bathrooms.

To be improved

We would have loved a dishwasher. For us the beds were quite hard but I guess that’s a personal taste.
