To be improved

The sofa not comfortable.The bed could be bigger.The neighbour was very noisy.Running up every evening many hours.We understood because was a child but it was not nice.

“It's a nice apartment to rent.”

The best

Good location. Parking space in the garage. Fast and stable internet, suitable for remote work. Everything you need for cooking is available in the kitchen. Comfortable bed, you can have a good rest. In winter the apartment is warm. Easy and convenient check-in. The hosts are very friendly. Overall would rent more if needed.

To be improved

From the disadvantages very poor soundproofing and can hear the neighbors from above. But to be fair, they did not disturb my sleep, it was quiet at night.
