El Balconcito de San Millán III

Great location, short walk to the main sights, great view when leaning off the balcony. A few minutes walk from the bus stop from the train station. Good communication with host, able to store our luggage when we arrived early and able to access the property before the official check in time. Very clean. Was like the pictures although "outdoor terrace" is actually one very narrow balcony off the bedroom and one off the lounge which is big enough for one small chair. Small but very well equipped kitchen; a range of sharp knives which made preparing salads so much easier. Also a water jug, ice cube maker, clingfilm and lots of cleaning products. Milk, coffee, cakes and some basic cooking basics available. Bed very comfortable and linen high quality. Lots of storage. Washing machine, coffee machine and shower worked well. Apartment kept cool without need to use the air-conditioning. Bedroom fan very effective

The apartment we were in (third floor) was clean, modern, and spacious for 2 people. Underground parking was available very close by for only 15 Euros per day through the host. We were able to drive right up to the apartment to unload, and the building has an elevator. This apartment is close to the aqueduct and lots of great eateries. Everything you want to see (including the Alcazar) is easily walkable. Very good value for a very nice place.
