Found the process of getting into the apartment a little confusing. As was via an app. But they were responsive when I messaged to say I was unsure how to get in!

No parking outside, hazards to stop & move on...once we got exit door opened, got it that room on first floor 1D, no identification on any doors, had to knock on downstairs door & ask resident... apartment certainly spacious with 3 twin rooms, bathroom needs basic updating, new toilet brush & holder, new bin & fix shower wall holder..shower products cheap & very harsh...bugs in kitchen & bedroom, some dead & some helped on their way by us ...apartment block neighbours an altogether other lever ....shouting/ arguing late n2 the night ( your attention to noise from any occupant in the apartment while staying is a joke) early morning aka 6.30/7am noise & banging like a hammer absolutely infuriating ...noise from lift ding ding ding also a pain, sorry.. great location otherwise nothing & breakfast complete rip off....bring your own as we did thankfully....

Worst experience of our life. (A) Finding a place to park your car while taking out luggage is nightmare in this overrated city (B) They wont give you entrance code until you make a security deposit (despite having fully paid the rent). You get a message in their app to pay security deposit. I didnt notice it as I was driving from Cordoba and at the enterance the partial code wasnt working. We tried to contact them and after 15 minutes someone called us back and explained the requirement (C) Cleaning quality was extremely poor. Layers of dirt in kitchen and particularly on the hob (D) Worst part of our stay - drainage in the bathroom was blocked. While washing our hands in the washbasin we noticed water all over the floor (was coming out from drain opening near WC. We couldnt use bathroom at all and had to use kitchen sink for that purpose. Sent a message via their WhatsApp No. but no response E) Took us more than 2 hours to find parking in a parking plaza 20 minutes (que up at a parking plaza and machine will issue ticket when only when a vehicle comes out) F) No Air Conditioners. We couldnt sleep properly and were sweating all the time. Opening windows to get fresh air is not a good choice either due to noisy streets and bad smell from outside. G) City itself is not clean at all and very overrated

Be prepared for a charging of deposit in few days before arrival. It was not clear from the beginning when you do booking on this site. Bathroom pipes are not perfect, there is a smell Communication with host is executed via robot, it is an extra effort to get a human.
