The best

The flat is very centrally located, a short walk away from the beach, Mercado Central, and all the main sights. The official check-in is at 3pm, but we had a morning flight and arrived at 13:30, and the host let us check in at 13:30, which was very nice.

To be improved

The shower wall is very short, so it is very difficult to take a shower without splashing the floor outside of the shower. Part of the floor in the living room and in one of the bedrooms is tiled, and some of the tiles are loose, which made it inconvenient for me to walk barefoot in the flat. We didn't bring any slippers, so we had to wear street shoes in the flat.

“Owner is a scammer and stealing money!”

The property was clean enough and located in the city centre.

To be improved

This is a scam! The owner requested a cash safety deposit of 300€ at arrival and wrote in the booking app it will be returned 7 days after check out. I paid it and I received a signed proof of my payment, only after I insisted I need one. I didn’t receive it back in 7 days and after I tried to contact the owner he either did not respond at all or said that I will receive the money or immediately hug up the phone. 40 days are now over and I still have not received my safety deposit back. This is unacceptable. It will be reported on booking, he should not be allowed to be known this platform. A complete scam!

“We had a lovely time weather was amazing for mid October and the apartment was in a great location”

Great Location, very central. Host was very contactable and pleasant to deal with. Great value for money. The apartment was clean with all amenities although it has a 'lived in' feel to it.

To be improved

Stairs were quite narrow and steep but it is an older building. The front door to the street was missing the handle on the INSIDE which meant with only 1 key, we both needed to go downstairs if one of us wanted to leave in order to be able to open the door. The apartments were not clearly numbered so couldn't use the buzzer when coming back either

Perfect apartment for short stay, fully equipped and cosy, Central location, walking distance to all touristic objects, Great communication with the owner, Good WiFi (I was working remotely).

To be improved

Please pay attention to late checking fees. It was not very clearly communicated in Booking description, that additional fees in cash are required for checking in later than 6 PM. Apartment is not brand new, needs some repairment, but very cosy and convenient for short stay.

Everything was great, location, apartament is big enough for 4 adults and a baby, we had all we needed for our stay :)
