Good location Clean Communication was very smooth and efficient.

The property is based 300yards from Gran Via and metro station. It is a beautiful apartment exceptionally fitted out with huge rooms and high ceilings.

The apartment is beautiful! Renovated space in an old building with a large family room (huge couch), chic and efficient kitchen area, and large bedrooms. The bathrooms were great - felt like a fancy hotel experience. The beds were very comfortable and the pillows were the best I've experienced in a long time (this becomes an important feature when over 35 years old...). The location is excellent - local area with numerous cafes, restaurants, and stores nearby. Short walk to Puerta del Sol, but far enough away that you avoid the crowds of tourists. Be respectful of the locals who live in the area - this is their home neighborhood! The check in process was easy, and included a locker box across the street for flexible arrival within the established timeframe. There is very little street parking, but multiple parking garages nearby. Great experience overall!

Spacious, centric, very quiet, comfy beds

This apartment is fantastic! Perfect for our group of 4. We had such a comfortable stay and didn’t want to leave. Would have been nice to have a microwave but it is otherwise well appointed. A big thanks to Raquel for the excellent communication and making sure all went smoothly with our stay.

It was a beautiful apartment , extremely spacious, tastefully decorated, had everything you needed if you wanted to dine in, and was walking distance to everything. I could have moved in there.
