“A big, calm and well-equipped flat with a small terrace close to the city center.”

The flat is close to the city center in a calm and safe area. Finding a parking place just in front of the building was easy. The flat has a well-equipped kitchen, a very comfortable sofa, and a great bedroom with a small terrace, where you can have coffee in the morning or a drink at night. The owner is very friendly and gave us some recommendations for local restaurants. We had a great time here!

“Short but pleasant.”

Location was exactly what I needed, just outside the main centre. I was able to find parking every time in the evening wright beside the premises. Visiting a new part of the island every day made it easy to connect to the main roads.

To be improved

One thing that may be made better is that the main entrance key at times would not work properly, needed to play with it to open the door. But this is strictly with the building management and not with the owner of the flat.

To be improved

the Apartment is Big. the Location is close to Puerto del Rosario, Its super easy to Walk to the city center. The Main Bus Station is close too, that’s why, when needed, going to corralejo or even Morro Jalbe is easy. David is very nice and we haven’t had any problem at all. 100% recommended
