“wonderful setting, great breakfast · Cons: there are a few issues, sorry, Mr Alberto, but you stepped on my nerves. first of all i ordered some meat and you served some CANNED meat. it is a crying shame. it was clearly canned, the slices were horizontal and flat. the place is full with flies. what the heck, you can't procure some fly-catchers? at the "railway" station there is a sign: +-900 meters. do you know what +- means? a certain distance and plus OR minus 900 meters. i am sure you "intended" to think of approximately 900 meters. nowhere was mentioned that the accommodation is 100 meters above the railway station. no problem, we are hikers, we came up on foot, i just mentioned these issues. and the check-in is between 3 and 8 pm. we were already on the terrace and you closed everything and disappeared. what kind of hospitality is this? and the last thing: last year we were already booked, we already paid when my partner broke her leg so we informed that we WOULD NOT come. there was no "i am sorry", etc. so you sold the room twice.”
