First and foremost, not air conditioning, during the day was really hot , the towels were pretty old and several used , bed’s sheets were in pretty bad condition as well , manager/owner needs to change before mention regularly ,

“Brilliant location, amazing value for money, quirky as hell!”

Late on the review just like always! This apartment is fantastic...for numerous reasons. The location you will not beat, trust me. I come to Logrono every year and I didn't actually realise that the apartment was so close to the square. You're literally a three minute walk from Calle De Laurel, the restaurants, bars. Genuinely an incredible location. The apartment itself is really spacious, great bathroom, really quirky - which suited us lot. I was truly blown away with it. For the money it cost for three nights, you won't beat it if you fancy somewhere like this!

To be improved

Be warned - at the weekend it gets loud outside, like a normal town...but just be careful with that, whether you're at the front or back, you'll no doubt hear stuff going on till the early hours.

“Shame….with a bit of attention this could be great”

The smell from the drains/pipes in the bathroom, the terrible mattresses, the flickering lights in all the rooms, the sheets/ quilts that didn’t fit the bed, the radiator that didn’t work in the main bedroom, the sofa and mattress (I’ve added the least stained side) that was full of stains, the chipped glasses and plates and the sealant round the shower/shower head that was filthy. I’d paid the full amount in advance but if I’d seen the most recent reviews, I would have cancelled. For such a well designed apartment, it sadly just needs some maintenance, but that doesn’t seem to matter despite review after review saying the same thing.
