Overall the apartment is fine, but there is a huge problem with the smell of the damp wall behind the kitchen cabinet (undeneath the sink) and the lack of hot water upon arrival and the next day in the morning.

To be improved

Very badly smelling damp wall behind the kitchen cabinet. Lack of hot water upon arrival and the next day. The smell is a huge discomfort and so is washing with cold water.
