Apartment was well refurbished and tasteful. Very nice bathroom. Very clean, and new.

To be improved

Parking was advertised as a service. In fact there is no parking in the centre of Cuenca. As it did say in the small print there was an expensive car park within 5-10 walk. The apartment was listed as having views and a balcony, when in fact it had neither. Parking, balcony and views should not be listed.

“Superb”

The best

Perfectly located, very comfortable flat, compact and ideal for short stays. The host is a very welcoming and easy to communicated with woman who was very considerate at every level. The place itself had all we needed for the two days we spent. Would definitely recommend to others.

Not much to criticize. All was in perfect order and there was no reason for complaint.

The best

Owner’s care after the check in was very good. There will come out some question or trouble to start the life at the apartment. In such case, the owner kindly helped me. The room is clean, and the location is also good.

To be improved

Coffee cup was very normal, and it does not suite the beautiful apartment in world heritage city.

couldn't ask for a better location in the old town eg and 120m from the hanging houses. neat and minimalist flat.

“Stylish apartment in the old town of Cuenca”

The best

Very beautiful and newly renovated apartment directly in the historic centre. Perfect for a city trip to Cuenca. Everything very clean, good bed, heating and WiFi. Free parking is some hundred meters above the city, but it's a nice walk (10 min) through the old town from the parking to the apartment; for unloading you can park near the apartment some minutes. Very welcoming host. Restaurants and bars around the corner, supermarket and bakery are a bit further away.

To be improved

Kitchen equipment could be improved (sharp knives, cooking spoon, cutting board). Check-in was in person, which is not the most flexible way. Entrance door lacks a door seal, so a cold draught comes in.
