There was construction occurring outside in the courtyard, but they respectfully didn’t start before 9am (just didn’t enable a sleep in).

The best

Overall a lovely apartment, 15-20 minute walk away from city centre. The apartment is nicely decorated and clean, has a large shower with good water pressure. Really appreciated a hair dryer being provided. Everything worked well and there was lots of space for clothes. Although the apartment is right on the street, to enter it you have unlock two doors which makes you feel safe. The check in and check out are really easy as there is a lockbox to collect and drop off the key.

It was exceptionally noisy, you could hear people talking in the neighbouring apartment, running around upstairs, flushing toilets. We really struggled to sleep in the morning as the noise started as early as 6a.m. We had a mild problem with bugs, maybe ants that were occupying an area around the kitchen sink no matter how many times we got rid of them. Having more than one set of towels or providing washing machine detergent should be considered. Also it was impossible to charge my phone by the bed as a round UK/Ireland adapter wouldn’t fit due to a frame attached to the wall.
