1. Great location 2. Lovely view from lounge 3. Comfortable beds 4. Clean 5. Quite modern 6. Spacious

1. If you are staying in the back bedroom you have to go through the other persons bedroom to exit. 2. The bathroom that serves the bedrooms is a Jack and Jill use. 3. The other bathroom is located of the lounge, which has no hot water connection, so cold shower. 4. Kitchen also has no hot water connection, we had to boil a pan to wash items. 5. No kettle, no toaster 6. No spare bin liners left 7. You have to walk across communal stairway to access bedrooms. 8. Could benefit from having an information pack, about the apartment and area.

The owner was very helpful, we arrived late at night and he communicated with us well to arrange giving us the keys. Facilities were spotless clean. Excellent location, right on beachfront. Apt is on second floor and the bedrooms with bathroom is across the small hallway to the kitchen/dining area with another bathroom. Very nice accommodation. Would definitely book again. On the morning of check out I contacted him about arranging the keys, was there within 10 mins.

“Villakoyosa beachfront apartment”
The best

Stunning location overlooking the beach in the heart of the seafront. Apartment was spacious, clean and in really good condition. Only 2 of us, but would comfortably sleep 6 with 2 shower/bathrooms. Strongly recommend to anyone looking to stay inVilljoyosa. Will definitely return.
