Great location Bright clean apartment

Clean welcoming and good facilities, apart from (see below)

The gated apartment complex was very attractive and well kept, with lots of different plants and trees. The apartment itself was spacious and very well equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine (Nespresso), fridge/freezer, air con, smart tv. and a walk-in closet. There was a large balcony with furniture including sun loungers, although it didn't get much sun as it was facing west. The wifi was good in the apartment and also around the pool. The pool itself seemed to be heated and kids can paddle out quite a way before it gets deep. There are two shops within a few minutes walk (Vina Norte at the Spar is a good local red wine). There is also a bar and a Pizza restaurant next to one of the shops (good pizza and we had a takeaway one night). Some good restaurants within 10-20 mins walk are Jade Stone (opposite the H10 Costa Adeje Palace) which has a big choice of Italian food which is just perfect and the prices are much lower than most places. Fillet steak or Rigatoni with fillet steak in 3 pepper sauce are my favourites. You can usually get a table without booking. El Torre del Mirador - I've been going here for years and I always enjoy it. I like sitting in the music area where Ged Roberts plays. Saturday nights are good as he usually has guest singers including the singing chef. You should book this in advance by telephone if you want a weekend visit, and preferably a couple of weeks in advance. In La Caleta, La Maria del Mar is the best fish restaurant for lunch or dinner. It is upstairs overlooking the sea. The prices here are also cheaper than comparable places. I've also been going here for a few years. The fish is caught in their own boats, the fruit and vegetables are grown on their land, and the meat comes from their livestock. So, plenty of good places nearby.
