It is an apartment conveniently located inside the municipality of Las Rozas with lots of places easy to walk to.

To be improved

It does not have AC so it was very hot in the summer. Fans don't cool down the apartment too much. I would rent only in the cooler months if I had to do it over again.

Internet worked ok. Shops close by. Heating worked well

Bed: 190x130, no coffee machine, no water boiler, noisy, smoking neighbours, bathroom between hallway and bedroom, without proper doors. Poor communication with renting agency. Had to pick up keys 2 blocks from the apartment, no follow up on complaints about missing coffee machine. Very poor value
