El Estanque - Vivienda vacacional

This is our third stay at this property. The first two times were in April and November. The issue is that there’s no air conditioning installed, and while this was almost manageable during our previous stays, it’s significantly warmer in September, to the point where it’s affecting our sleep. We even tried sleeping outside on the terrace, but it was too noisy, and the roosters wake everyone up early. There was a slight "upgrade" to the furniture, but it actually made the property worse. The sofa on the first floor used to be a fold-out, but it was replaced with a non-folding one, reducing the sleeping options. Additionally, the table from the living room was removed entirely, limiting workspace options. (Yes, we were on vacation, but we still needed to dedicate some time to work.) In summary, it used to be a great property, but the recent changes have unfortunately made it worse. Not having air conditioning in September (and likely throughout the summer) is very uncomfortable.

The apartments are located on the mountain. You have to walk 1 km to the nearest beach. Even a person accustomed to sports activities can find it difficult to overcome such a slope in the heat. Wi-Fi may be unstable. We stayed for 11 days and had only 2 coffee capsules, 3 trash bags and 3 rolls of toilet paper. These are small things, but during vacation you don’t want to think about it. It’s just a recommendation for hosters on how to improve the service:)

There was nothing really we didn't like, except the hilly road leading from the coast to the house at 10% of incline, but to some this is a nice way for exercise and we were happy about it (you can also skip this by driving the car each time if you don't).
