Although there is Lewis Carroll theme throughout the small Apartment it could do with brightening up. The floors could have been cleaned to a better standard. There were windows in the shower / toilet and bedroom areas but unfortunately there were Steel Bars on them : so not a good idea from an emergency standpoint. The bed really requires a headboard for normal comfort. Access to the Apartment was through an electronic community car-parking gate followed by entry through the premises electronic garage gate and then a normal keyed door: the operation of the electronic gates was by sensor fobs. Although there was another normal keyed door leading upstairs to the owners accommodation this was always locked and hence no entry upwards. The most serious problem with the Apartment is that if there is a Power Outage (which happened while I was there) there is no escape from the Apartment in the event of a fire or other emergency. This really needs to be attended to. I informed the owner of my concerns.
