Warning, do not stay here especially if you are checking in after hours. The electronic lock instructions were insufficient as we were unable to gain access on our first nights stay. The lock invitation was revoked. I have contacted the property on multiple occasions to gain reimbursement however the finance department have not got back to me. Very disappointing and expensive as we had to seek alternate accommodation. By the time we tried on multiple occasions to get into the building we ended up seeking alternate accommodation at midnight after a long haul flight from Australia. Booking have also not responded to any dispute claims.

picking up the keys across town was very inconvenient. i would not have booked at this location if i had known this in advance.

The kitchen was not well supplied. No coffee mugs, no beer or wine glasses, no tea towels.
