The location was amazing. Right in the center of Madrid. High energy and some people up very late at night, but all good. I enjoyed my stay.

To be improved

The room was great. Just a little cramped even for one person, but it worked out fine.

The best

It's in the center of the city, so it's easy to go everywhere. And a big plus is air-conditioning in the summer time.

To be improved

Entering the room you can notice that it needs a renovation. Lines and little damages on the fall for how small it is and people have had to enter with suitcases. Under the ceiling a little box that should cover the cables missed a piece so you could see into it.... the pressure to wash hands is non or huge and the water drainage cover was broken and floated with you in the water that didn't go down while showering.

Location was excellent. I had the supreme room which was very spacious. Decor was a little basic. Staff were friendly and easy to check in
