We have just returned home after a beautiful 2 night stay at this lovely hotel in El Golfo. We had the best time and would highly recommend the hotel and area. The room was clean, spacious and the breakfast, pool area and location were perfect. We went out for dinner and drinks both evenings in a couple of the local restaurants and watched the sunset and it was wonderful. A lovely short walk home to this quiet and comfortable hotel. Thank you so much for a lovely stay

“Not worth the price”

* The breakfast waitress was not very attentive, and displayed poor customer service. We are both Spanish (and me from Tenerife), and I was expecting a very very different local customer service given we had purposely chosen to support a small business in a non-popular location. Canarios are usually warm, laid-back people, but she was simultaneously very chatty while not very helpful. Also, she got really nervous and started not being very nice when we asked about the check-out time - and she also forgot several breakfast items. Very disappointing customer service. * The room was very clean when we got there, but had poor ventilation- after 2 days, it was very humid, all clothes were damp, and everything smelled rather badly. They don't clean the room or refresh linen during your stay. *The pool has no shade and is salt water. *We weren't provided with beach/pool towels. *The windows are see-through and there is no privacy: people can see right into your room while they're having breakfast.

“Quiet hotel with breakfast lots of local restaurants. Bring a kettle if wanting tea or coffee.”

Location in the town , quiet. Pool , evening sun.around pool. Large bed car parking Continental breakfast Plentiful hot water

Reception closed at 14.30. No bar or restaurant so no coffee or drinks. . No kettle in rooms , we did ask but were told not possible. Most of the town restaurants also closed early. To charge phone had to unplug bedside lights, no spare sockets. Only local tv In our room problem with toilet flush though manageable. Only large bolster pillow
