“Good location, but not the most pleasant experience with the host”

The location is really great, despite being in the center it’s not very loud. Apartment is equipped with almost everything you might need.

To be improved

Our Wi-Fi didn’t work and we had to pay for roaming mobile data. For 4 days we kept asking the host to fix it but he didn’t seem to care much, which was very disappointing because functional WiFi is the most basic amenity these days that you need when traveling abroad. We’d understand if there was an issue he couldn’t fix in just a few days and if he explained that, but problem is he left our messages unanswered and didn’t provide any information day after day.

Apartment is outdated and the bathroom needed to be cleaned better. I was told someone would be there to receive us and hold our luggage. Confirmed my arrival time but this wasn't the case.

Excellent location, couldn’t be better. Next to everything in the city. Clean and comfortable.

To be improved

All windows look out to walls and noise from neighbours but that wasn’t after 23:00 and that is not really this accommodations fault.
