El Jardín del Ángel Yolka

Needs cleaning and maintenance. I reached out to the host, I found a trap for a mouse and cockroaches. No response! Also, the bathrooms, towel hangers are rusted, one toilet seat was cracked. The tiles in the showers need scrubbing.

The drains for the shower were blocked. The air conditioning unit in the last bedroom leaked water and ice while we were sleeping so that room was not usable when it is hot and you need the AC on.

The cleaniness

Almost no windows. Just a few without a view but noisy when opened. One of the mattress was sinking at the bottom due to the missing support beneath it. Was kind of cleanish but there was dirty shelfs in the wardrobe and other places. Like the maintenance is cleaing only the bare minimum/basic of the most noticeable spots. In the foldable bed/sofa there was a used sock and the upholstery was not so clean. One of the bath cabins is filling with water when taking a shower. Generally not well maintained property.

The bed matraces are terrible. The pillows are hard and huge. The cleaning was very bad. The Aircondition was very loud and didn't work propery, and some remote controls also didn't work.

The apartment is quite dark and gloomy as the windows open out to the other part of the building. Missing basics such as a wine glass and proper curtains in the bedrooms. Plus the pillows are hard and uncomfortable.
